More yammering from those guys at A Comic Shop and their stupid A Comic Show. This week DC fell asleep at the wheel and didn’t bring anything to the table. Mixed metaphors anyone? Well there was a Brightest Day, but the BIG DEAL was more SHADOWLAND, HIT-MONKEY, and Spider-man’s satanic annulment finally made good. Man, Nerdapalooza has slowed everything down! Not only that but Scott Pilgrim 6 had a midnight release party, and it was epic! BOTH THE BOOK and the PARTY! All this partying has made us late! So, yeah check this video where we clown Daniel Way, Deadman and other usual antics! Aaron doesn’t party anymore, he has a baby and goes to lame things like highschool reunions… except that jerk gets to go to San Diego Comic Con. Grr..

Man, Mike is handsome. And witty! Everything he says is just brilliant! It’s a good week for comics too, and they come out on a regular Wednesday. Superman touches your soul. Astonishing Spider-Man and Wolverine proves that those characters are overused for a reason, they are great! Batman helps our more special comic readers understand the end of Batman R.I.P. and Final Crisis.

Yes – today, THURSDAY is new comic book day, because the distributor uses any and every holiday as an excuse to take a break. Nice. It’s a good payload though, the new Marvel event, Shadowland is incredible and has an insane first issue ending, Mike whips out his Hit-Monkey doll, basically a party.
