Friday Night Fanfiction :: I Got a Ton-er for Dean Thomas

FNF 1400The drunken fanfiction podcast you’ve been waiting for! Friday Night Fanfiction combines dramatic readings of the worst-of-the-worst NSFW fanfic with drinking games.

In this episode, we finished up proudhousewife’s “Hogwarts School of Prayer and Miracles“.  We won’t spoil the ending, but let’s just say it was more Inception than Interstellar.  Stevo, in lieu of a musical interlude, redesigns part of the story Dr. Seuss-style, and David impresses all with his Texas accent.  …Tony does a better Texas accent, though.
Then we read the entirety of “Cheese Dies!” by Daisycheesecakex, which apparently was based on Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends.  After hearing this, you’ll either have your childhood ruined. or have even less of a desire to find out what that show was about.
And because we love you, we end with something sexy, “Cloud Mows the Lawn” by Rasso.  A tale of grass, mowing, and turd-turd.

    That was great. I admit I had considered last week reading Hogwarts School of Prayer and Miracles myself to see how bad it was, but I’m so glad I chose to wait. Getting to experience the reactions to the end along with everyone else was a real experience. I see now why you guys have a no reading ahead rule. Even just a few paragraphs would have totally ruined the surprise.

      Despite the sarcasm and lack of seriousness with which we carry ourselves, we did craft this (deliberately and through trial and error) to achieve the best possible kind of radio drama and satire commentary as possible 🙂 Glad you didn’t spoil the surprise for yourself!
