Hey there CoC fans! The Call of Cthulhu has been nominated for a Parsec award – that’s the biggest podcast award show (for nerd stuff especially) In truth, we nominated ourselves – that’s how the Parsecs work, but winning is another thing. We’ve been in the running before, but never made it to the finals (Though Real Con and Flame On did years ago). So let’s win it!

CoC is up for Best Speculative Fiction Audio Drama (Long Form). That means we need to send them up to an hour of Cthulhu goodness containing 1-6 different clips. It’s a tall order for a show that long so we’re curious… what’s your favorite parts?

Post your favorite scenes or episodes of the show! What’s your favorite ad from the beginning of an episode?

We’ve got about a month to put this together and Nerdcasting the Multiverse is also in the running for Short Form Audio Drama. That one is way easier to manage, but if you’ve got a favorite part – let us know that too! (That one we can only do up to 3 clips.)

Mine is the scene where Father Grandfather starts interrogating the young beat cop with his stick o TNT

It's about "SHOW TIME" so drop by

Would the moment Brandon realized (post landmine) the monster in the shack wasn’t the big-bad count? Really that entire scene with the team outside awaiting the inevitable demise of Father Grandfather was gold.

I second the Father Grandfather Interrogation. At least one of the Advertisements should make it in as well. They were all golden. The Finally when everyone is going mad is a really good section as well.

For Nerdcasting the Multiverse Twilight Gulch should make it in.

    Steam: Garayur

Thanks for the replies so far!

I’m going to include a single ad, so if anyone has a favorite, please let me know!

    Favorite parts:
    – When Hank O’Brien Jr. tell to Sam Spade that Father Grand-father is maybe right, that the victim lied down to give birth but Spade try to refute this with his bear attack theory to keep his sanity intact.

    – When the group visit the squat house. The revelation that the victim had a double life was pretty good.
