Hello all,

I’m going to be getting married here shortly and I’m looking for some ideas for a few good tracks to use during the reception and such. I’m interested in some not so overtly geeky music such as video game remixes which would fit well and basically just provide some background music. I’m looking into some of the FF remix albums and have found a few good things as well as a few I Fight Dragons tracks that we’ll be using. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I also have one of them weddin’s coming up this August. Anything I make note of for music for mine, I’m happy to share.
Aside from I Fight Dragons’ “The Power of Love”, I don’t have anything nerdy to suggest.
Although for the Groom/Groom’s Mother dance, my fiancee suggested Dixie Chicks’ “Godspeed” which prompted one of those ‘Shut up. I’m not crying. I just have something in my eye.’ moments.

Thanks much Cap. My mother actually wanted to use Gangnam Style for the mother/groom dance…I’m still debating that lol. I’m an awful dancer and mushy stuff makes me feel awkward anyways.
