InactiveI’ve just learned about Amazon Prime Music. Basically the same thing as their streaming video service except for music.
Here are some links for the song on this episode’s playlist that showed up on Prime Music.
You know… LINKEDNESS
You Ready For The Sex Girls? :: The Gleaming Spires
Amazon sells the digital download for most of the songs, and can be used to find physical media. I’ve just linked to the songs/albums that are on Prime. There is certainly more material by each artist available for those not ready to purchase a full album, and supports the artists more than some other methods.

Inactive@marcwithac Is it a good thing or a bad thing that I managed to complete this show in one day just by commuting to work and back? Keep in mind that a round trip takes about 1 hour.
I guess the better question is, does anyone think that that “extra” time was well spent even though I have no idea where it came from?

ParticipantIt’s a good thing as long as you had a good time. Everything else is just peripheral!

ParticipantYou want to hear about extra time. I just started listening to the real congregation two days ago and I on my 7th episode. He’ll I listened to 95% of the nerdy show in just over a month. Don’t feel strange that u managed to get a whole episode listen to in a day, listen to Marc.
Side note. Marc I just can’t express to u how cool it is to see how in depth you get in every episode. From history, song themes, to a Imdb style career tree of each artist.
i live how you listen to R Kelly and respect him as an artist. I don’t listen to his music nor do I care but it really shows how eclectic you are and what you actually focus on.
congrats on end of your first five year plan, can’t wait to c what the next 5 years are likeOctober 17, 2014 at 7:13 pm #42996Anonymous
Inactive@pseery80, I think I have that beat. I discovered TRC about mid way through season 2. I started listening through my computer at work. A week later the nerdy show site was on my companies black list, and has been ever since.
The strange part of this episode is the time vortex that occurred, extending my daily commute an extra hour so that I could listen to the entire episode.

ParticipantIt was fate @Anduin. The gods of labor saw your hardships and wanted to give you a treat, though beings of labor they won’t make is easy so you had to wait to get home.
as for beat. Yeah you got me, the only thing I have is using 9 of my 10 gigs of data in 5 days to watch twin peaks just to understand the peak freaks episode, while on the clock waiting for equipment to be repaired. But that doesn’t really count I think.

InactiveThat completely counts. The time I spent nerding out was while I was busy on solidworks.

ParticipantWhat is solidworks?

ParticipantAs i listen to the real congregation the more i feel like a phony. I like to hear music but i don’t appreciate as much as Marc, Dr. Vern, or he’ll anyone else. I know what I like to hear but i don’t think about what the song means. Hell I could never identify record themes unless I really read the description. Now as I say that I still like hearing the stories of these songs even though I may not retain the knowledge after the fact.
This really has nothing to do with the thread topic or anything but I was in a sharing mood, this does not have to be responded to or addressed, continue with your lives citizens.
