    As the title says.

I’m not sure that they were able to do anything, but just in case I’m changing all my passwords. Be careful if this account starts acting oddly.

Also: hey, guys, haven’t been here for a while. Life, amirite? So looking forward to catching up someday… someday…

Hey dude! Did your e-mail getting hacked have anything to do with Nerdy Show’s login? I can’t imagine how it would, but just wanted to clarify in case this topic spooked anyone. Also, I’ve moved this to extra-general discussion.

Cool, thanks – I don’t believe it did, however I didn’t know if my password or other information was somewhere in my archives. My only point was if someone did something weird with my account here based on finding information in my email – I don’t think they could, but I’m being extra super overly-cautious, as I simply don’t know for absotively positively no-questions 100% sure. Only, like, 95.3%, give or take a 4% margin of error.

It looks like nothing came of it, honestly, which is good. I’ve changed all my passwords already, and the only things they tried to send (attachments of some sort to addresses I don’t know) all failed. So, good news all-round, really.

In any event, nothing else has occurred since then.

Also, thanks for moving this. I rarely know where things go ’round here. 🙂

EDIT: Unrelated, but: huh, my links in my signature no longer work. I’ll have to look into that.

Totally throwing this out there – if your email provider supports two factor authentication, use it.
