So the ip address has evidently changed again. It seems to be

sixty eight. two hundred and two. thirteen. two hundred and fifty five.

Should be updated everywhere. Let me know if you guys see any inaccurate graphics floating around.

These have been elaborated on other threads but just to keep those of you who follow this one up to date, all spawns have been connected via the hub in obvious easy to find locations (as opposed to before), architects can now change their game mode between creative and survival at gamma, main level (with the rails) in a corner.

Server seems to be down for me for the past couple days now

Now where did I put that invisible tower again?

    @kahalis-djnn

Looked up to me, but I’ve restarted just in case. We did have a service hiccup a couple days ago. don’t ever hesitate to let us know!

Confirmed, unable to read server as up. Ping requests all die in a timeout. For troubleshooting purposes, here are the three addresses prior to all timeouts from a route trace:

    13 43 ms 43 ms 43 ms 72-31-188-137.net.bhntampa.com [72.31.188.137]
    14 43 ms 42 ms 43 ms ten0-2-0-3.orld01-ser2.bhn.net [72.31.194.73]
    15 41 ms 44 ms 42 ms 72-31-194-95.res.bhn.net [72.31.194.95]

Seems like the packets hit bhn.net and go someplace to die.

@kahalis-djnn @wag Looks like our IP changed again. It’s enough to make us wonder why we’re even paying for a static IP when it won’t… stay static.

Well… and that’s not working either it seems…? Hold on…

I figured it out, no idea why but the servers actual network ip changed, so all the port forwarding became broken. I have fixed it and am currently doing a backup. should be done in 3 minutes, so most likely it will be up by the time anyone reads this. Also took the time to update the server etc.

I have the IP listed in Cap’s picture, still reporting as not up.

@wage I’ve inserted the IP and I can confirm that it’s working – just signed on. Not sure what to tell ya.

It’s working for me now. I also just updated Java, FYI.

Yep, haven’t had any luck trying to connect in the past two weeks. If you’d like, I can PM you the results of a route trace sometime.

@wage We’re really sorry about the service outage. @jon hasn’t been able to interface with the Server’s comp remotely and I haven’t been much help. Everything looks fine, but apparently it’s not sending.

My guess would be the IP spontaneously changed again.

Gotta love paying for a static IP that’s ever shifting!
