    I placed an order a couple weeks ago and have yet to hear back concerning the status of said order. I haven’t been able to find any contact information for the storefront such as a email or phone number. If anyone could give some advice I would appreciate it.

    @casey Hey there! The store contact is store@nerdyshow.com. If I’m reading our logs correctly your gear should be shipping this week.

    Hey Casey,

    We had a slight snafu with some of our packing materials that caused a delay of just over a week with our recent orders. It took me longer than I thought to get taken care of, and for that I apologize. Your order just shipped. You should have gotten an email yesterday with a tracking number. If you don’t have access to the email you used to order it, send me a PM and I’ll get you squared away.

    Thanks for the replies. I just started a Ghostbusters campaign with my group and I’m eager to get the equipment cards and dice.:)
