KeymasterHmm, the error coming up seems to be related to map corruption… Something about chunks not right. We’ ll need to research this much more.

ParticipantHey Jon, photogirl and I seem to be the problem or atleast the areas that we’re both in. While offline i kept refreshing the page and it said that 2 ppl were online and then it said a 3rd person joined so it didnt seem to crash until i logged on.

KeymasterI think we can agree with that, I don’t know what’s up with you two’s accounts! But yeah, right before the stream of errors that happen one of the two of you login. We already removed your dats though, did you guys go back to your area? Do you share an area? Anything will help.

Participantphotogirl was at our house when she was disconnected the 1st time and i was on a minetrack that leads to our house when i was disconnected. And yes we do share an area house-wise.

KeymasterSo basically, we have no clue what so ever as to why this is happening…

ParticipantAlso, The server right now, is kinda not in a good state. like there are no Kits, you are not able to break any block, anywhere, in the world. or open doors, or eat.
No matter what we do, we do not have permissions to do it. However, I can warp..

KeymasterSo I actually contracted the problem too. I was flying north along the quartz rail and then it crashed. Deleting my dat actually fixed it though for me, so I’m not sure whats up with that… The server is currently down now, I’m running a corruption removing program, hopefully it works. I understand that the process should take an hour, but I’ve got no real clue if this one… Actually it just finished one of the scans. I’m now going to try to remove the tardis TNT problem…

KeymasterOK, so general corruption and TNT, didn’t actually fix anything. Although I can say that quartz north is a bad place to go, I’ve gotten it twice by going over there. Now trying block errors, which technically should be closer to the specific errors we’ve seen, after that we’ll do entity. (In case that wasn’t clear, the TARDIS is still very dangerous and needs to be edited manually, which won’t happen for a while yet)

KeymasterSo, nothing worked, the area where land starts after the major ocean on the quartz line causes anyone who goes there to crash the server. removing dat files has worked at least for my own data several times now (>4). Until we come up with a solution to this I recommend everyone pay attention to where you are when you trigger an event, also, report the people who are stuck here (including yourselves obviously). We’ll try to remove the infected dats ASAP.

ParticipantPosted in the other section, but I’ll put it here for completeness of details. I’m stuck right where the quartz crosses the solar rail.
