FishParticipantI’m Fish, and I stumbled upon the Nerdy Show network through a rabbit hole of other podcasts. I like what I’ve heard so far, especially Liberty Critical Research and Friday Night Fanfiction.
Everybody seems really nice, especially Cap, Doug, and Trench, who took time out of their day to meet with this new fan in person. Thanks for everything you do, guys!

StevoParticipantSometimes I really wish I was down there in Florida where the rest of the general crew resides. Then I remember how much money I spent on tolls the last time I drove down there and immediately change my mind.
Glad you’re liking Nerdy Show stuffs so far, really sad I can’t make it to these meetups in general. Also happy you’re liking Friday Night Fanfiction. If you haven’t yet, you should totally hang out with everyone when we do our recordings on Wednesday nights. The Discord chat is absolute chaos and always fun.
I’m curious, though. What was the order of other shows that you ended up discovering Nerdy Show through?

Yeah, the tolls really suck. I can’t regularly do meetups in person because I literally live over 800 miles away from Orlando. I would be interested in participating in some of the chats, though. Do you have a link to them and/or their times?
And since you asked, the rabbithole to Nerdy Show discovery was as follows: I started at some random podcast -> That podcast mentioned the No Sleep Podcast -> Started listening to No Sleep, and the host mentioned he had a cameo role in a Liberty Critical Research -> Started listening to LCR -> Got on the website to see what other stuff was coming out of the Nerdy Show network and found FNF. I plan to start listening to the Ghostbusters Resurrection podcast next, and will dabble around in some of the other podcasts to see what else I find interesting.
EDIT#2: Do the post quote and block quote buttons not work? There are tags that show up in the post, but they don’t show up on my end.

As for chat stuff, I can’t speak for any other shows because I don’t know, but for FNF, we use Discord and there’s a link to our server from the website we use to stream the shows. http://vgm.nighthorsemedia.com/ be forewarned, it is extremely NSFW in there :p The shows are Wednesday 8PM EST for about two hours, but the chat is persistent and a few of us hangout there most of the time.
Besides that, and the Twitch chat that happens during a Stream Team thing, most of the talking tends to go down here and on Twitter. There’s also some chat-related perks to being a Patreon supporter, such as joining in on a Nerdy Show Network google hangout periodically to shoot the shit with whomever is available.
