Glampire Ep was very, very fun. Glad GP has a skill set now. The glamour ability does strike me as a bit overpowered, at least in its current form. Particularly, can it operate passively without Glampire’s focus? And how fast will allegiance manifest if he Reeeeeally kicks it up? I just don’t want his powers to make it hard to write out of a situation like a Lightning Dog being kidnapped (dog-napped? Kid-napped? Ha.) I would think that puts a giant countdown timer on getting them out of there before Glampire starts getting his answers. When would the pack even become aware of that ability, if ever?
Again, fantastic episode.

Important question: is it cool to call Lightning Dogs artwork, arf-work? I feel like this should’ve been brought up in Dogtober but questions need answers.

Anyway, I myself have no power over ink and paint, but I follow folks who do have creativity in spades, and I commissioned a fellow to do up a pic of Kid. Was planned some time ago and isn’t exactly in tune with her current model. Still I’m tickled by it, and hope you are too. My treat!

I’ve never sat down with a tabletop rpg, so my perceptions of most of the races are filtered by secondhand listening to other podcasts or games like World of Warcraft. So while you were thinking of bug people, I was recalling the Silithid and the Mantid, dwarves remind me most of Dark Irons, humans and orcs sound familiar enough. Among the many playthroughs you’re sure to do, I’d recommend at least one where multiple party members are the same race – thinking of 3 or 4 orcs all together with that racial +1 aoe effect might be fearsome.

In regards to the momentum mechanic, if a player gains and maintains a lot of momentum during a match, could there be an “On Fire” bonus or perk for that accomplishment? Kind of like how Overwatch implies being on fire, but I guess the NBA Jam comparison is also valid.

The new logo is a howling good time! I genuinely enjoy the new look – I think it totally passes for an actual military patch. And it’s only been 3 years?? It feels like it’s been around much longer.

Just to further the praise, the show was fantastic! Such a fun ride. And Luke spelled it out right from the start – it’s got a slow start, but when it all goes south it goes south FAST. Wonderful material for October.

I know I’m the last person who bas to mention this, but we are gonna have Brand New Star Wars in four months. Is it time to start counting the minutes yet?

That’s a great article Cap! All of that IDW material really excites me, but I wonder if Mr. Waltz might be drinking Sony’s kool-aid, or in this case the Ecto-Cooler.
Speaking of which, I wonder why no ecto-cooler tie in? Maybe it will materialize in due course.

I’ve tried three different browsers, updated and refreshed a bunch of settings, reset a whole bunch, but I cannot get the stream to play for me. Any idea what I’m missing?
