Looking forward to seeing what you guys have in store. On a note, with the early access release of Pugmire, my party’s campaign slogan pays homage to Lightning Dogs with the phrase, “Never turn tail!”

I like it. Kind of makes me think anthropomorphic Mad Max, which is great considering the whole post-apocalyptic setting.

Taking a bit of a cue from the rather awful cartoon Skeleton Warriors, but what if these crystaloids can reattach limbs that break off, or swap them around? Might be a good toy gimmick.
On a note, never actually watched The Black Hole, but I have heard of it. I’ll have to give it a watch.

Given the “lich” theme, I’m seeing mechanical humanoid minions, with crystal skulls for heads, more or less identical in appearance given that this would be on an ’80s animation budget.

I really enjoyed reading this. It’s interesting to see an outside branch with a bit of a longer history, even if it’s not been extremely eventful. I also love the pictures you used, your scenery is beautiful. I might think about using this 360cities website in future. For your first time as a game-master, I think you’ve done very well, and your…[Read more]

Wow. That was amazing. Any idea if this will be planned as anything more than an intro sequence?

Case 3: Role-Playing Game of Thrones is actually on-going as we speak. In other news, a player actually found the original piece of artwork that inspired the characters of Kitty, Antigone and Rilain, which went missing from the KnowYourMeme.com page where I initially dug it up. I know nothing of the character actually portrayed therein, but the…[Read more]

Go for it! Sounds like a potentially very interesting reinvention of the scenario. Reconciling current life with “true” memories is always a really intriguing character conflict.

What about a desert dragster with some kind of revolving, cyclotron-like engine on the back or side? The potential toy gimmick could be that when you push the car along the ground, the wheels and the engine both spin. It’s still primitive compared to the pure energy of the crystals, but also not like our modern means of vehicle propulsion, so it…[Read more]

Agreed. When the big bad gets involved, it needs to be a big deal, something that makes the heroes realise that they’ve really messed with the wrong person.

Added artwork of the team’s resident ghost, Kitty, which can be viewed in both the second story post and the gallery included in the opening post.
