The Real Congregation :: The Full Twelve Inches (Part Two) :: 03/06/12
Picking up where last weeks episode left off, Marc and Nicole are still playing songs from a few of their favorite vinyl LP’s.
Marc rails against the sloppiness of The Who’s reissue campaign, and talks about the origins of Guided By Voices pop classic “Teenage FBI”. Nicole explains why Kool Keith put on the worst show she’s ever seen and eventually freaks out upon seeing the Peter Grudzien albums for the first time.
All of the tracks were pulled directly from the vinyl in The Real Congregation’s archives, so you can expect pops, crackles and sizzles… and to have your mind blown of course.
