ParticipantWarlock Master of the Arcane was a huge disappointment. The old DOS game Master of Magic is leagues above it.
Dark Souls, SO MUCH DARK SOULS. Until I had never immersed myself on the PvP aspect of the game. Dickstabbers, Pole Washers and WotG Spammers aside, it’s tons of fun. The guilty pay the price.

KeymasterDragon’s Dogma tomorrow, and apparently Armored Core V is out. Prob getting both tomorrow and then I think I need to slow down on buying video games.

ParticipantMy list of games to be played lately:
Xbox 360: Skyrim and Magic The Gathering 2012
PC: Everquest II, Realm of the Mad God, HoardI have more than those, but that’s just my list for lately…I HIGHLY recommend Realm of the Mad God. Free to play on Steam, not to mention AMAZINGLY addictive.

KeymasterDragon’s Dogma has been pretty bad ass, played a little of AC:V, the changes they’ve made inbetween games is gonna take some getting used to.

ParticipantI’ve been playing Dragons Dogma too- got it yesterday. the game is freakin awesome. Yet, the title theme is eerily unfitting to the type of game it is in.

ParticipantI’ve been playing Diablo 3.
I’m part of the problem.

ParticipantIt’s okay, you are forgiven. After all, everybody played Dragon Age II and Mass Effect 3. Here, take these jade-colored glasses. Wear them when the first news about Diablo 4 come out, okay?

MemberTell me about it. I have the Mass Effect 3 box I bought in March beside me, unopened and uninstalled. Wanted to do a new complete play-through of both 1 & 2 before getting to 3, but the ending kerfuffle debacle totally took me out of the mood :'(

MemberI’ve been wary of starting up anything that’ll tie me to the PS3 for long since I’ve been job hunting and didn’t want to get locked into a “story”. So I’ve been bringing up my favorites from last year when I get the urge. Playing “user generated content” from Infamous 2 and the challenge mode from Portal 2. Both are easy to stop and start as needed….
I’ve never played the Uncharted series and @Jonna gave me the first two not long ago — they’re getting harder and harder to resist picking up….

ParticipantI never played Uncharted, but as I understand it, they’re not RPG-length. You’re probably safe.
You’re missing out on some good stuff. Dragon Age 2 has a slew of memorable characters, and Mass Effect 3 has two particular, epic, tear-jerking events, but in the long run, you guys will spare yourselves a lot of pain.
Not to worry, though. Mass Effect 3’s Extended Cut is due to August. If it ends up fixing the abortion that is the ending, I’ll be sure to let you two know so you can play it guilt-free.I’ve been playing frustratingly few games. Just one, maybe two Tribes matches a day, and a crapload of Dark Souls during weekends, mostly. Azura’s Wrath too, but that’s more anime than game.

Participant@Ghouleh
> Mass Effect 3?s Extended Cut is due to August.Wait, EA is ready to sell you the game a second time?
Wow, didn’t see that coming!
It’s totally not like when I upgraded from (paid) demo version of a game to full version only to notice that half of the content was unlocked while the second half required me to buy expansions, on release date, on content that was already presented in the demo.I know there’s lot of awesome in Mass Effects story and I know that Dragon Age… err… uh.. let’s you hump a dwarf? I don’t know what Dragon Age does, the commercials were horrid… but I’ve kind of decided to lay off EA, the whole DLC business is completely out of hand. I don’t care if the game is expensive, but I wont buy a game when I have no way to tell what it’s price is in the first place. If I buy, say, “Beavis and Butt-Head Do America”, it wont hold Cornholio scenes as hostage for separate purchase.
