KeymasterFinally inside Bathory’s castle, the Ghostbusters confidently stride into the main throne room eagerly looking for trouble. Meeting “Liz” herself is no big deal. Powerful Class 7s are nothing new to our heroes. But when Bathory reveals that the International Busters are now under her command – the gang quickly realizes that busting The Blood Countess may not be such a piece of cake. They came prepared to fight the enemy, but how could they ever fight their friends?
Oh, and the voicemail at the end might be a little hard to understand. So, after listening to it several times, here is the transcription:
COMPUTER: Hello. This is Future Tele-operator 211. (chirp) Stand by for quantum synchronization from the year 2088. Do not hang up. No charges will be made to your account. In 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, Thank you for using Future-Tel. (chime) Connecting the past to the future, presently. (rapid beeps)
YOUNG BOY: Oh man, this humps. I saved up like… all my birthday money and all my Santa-Day money for this call, and I got your answering machine. That totally humps. Just wanna say you guys are the best! I’m like your biggest fan! Probably on the east coast and certainly at Senator Ryan Gosling High. I’ve got all the books of you guys, and I’ve made a scrap-tablet of any pics and news I was lucky to find. I even got my picture taken with Tobin during a school trip to the Smithsonian last year! They’re taking really good care of him.
COMPUTER: First warning.
YOUNG BOY: You guys are like… legends! You went down fighting!
COMPUTER: Second warning.
YOUNG BOY: Whoops. Sorry. I’m not supposed to talk about that. It’s a shame about LaForge, though.
(aggressive buzz)
COMPUTER: Disconnect.General Manager of the Central Florida Ghostbusters

KeymasterEpisode 16: My Big Fat Carpathian Wedding
Locked in a dungeon and awaiting their impending sacrifice, things couldn’t get worse for the Central Florida Ghostbusters. However, our heroes may still have a chance of surviving if they can just stall the wedding for a few precious minutes. But since Bathory has chosen Briggs to be the next vessel for Vigo, this will take crackerjack timing, and a whole lot of brownie points. Can the Ghostbusters defeat Vigo and save the world a second time? Find out in Season 2’s action-packed finale!

ParticipantAfter listening to this episode there are 2 things I really really need to know. 1) is the painting now of a wedding between Vigo and Ferencz with LaForge as the priest and the various ghost busters as the audience. and 2) how much money do I need to throw at you guys and @matasm to get a copy.
Seriously, that episode was epic and a great cap to the season.

ParticipantHey guys! I just wanted to let you know that ep 16 doesn’t seem to be available on iTunes right now.
I’m able to d/l it off of the nerdyshow website, but if it’s made iTunes accessible that’d be great.Sailin' about port to port, Smokin' 'em out fort by fort,
Stealin' their loot ton by ton, Takin' their ships one by one.September 11, 2014 at 11:08 pm #42049Cat
Keymaster@Maraun – Dammit. I know what caused this. It was accidentally published under the wrong category originally and as soon as that happens – the RSS gets all confused. Fixing.

Who here could say they thought as interestingly as these playersSince I am up to date I will answer this – No, I don’t come with the same conclusions as the group. But the only thing they did which I don’t think should of worked was the Plane…I don’t have a clue why that didn’t end badly.
I am enjoying all of this and look forward to the epilogue and then the One Shot coming up.

ParticipantWho do you think Doug will throw at us this time? My guess is the villain from Amityville horror, not as fun but who to say they don’t get laid over in New York.

Nah. In real life, Bjornstad had no idea what direction the game was going. He couldn’t care less that we were pretending to be around a chocolate fountain in Austria.

ParticipantI never figured he’d care, but it seemed like the thing to do. Either way his loss. Is he still a follower of the show?
September 29, 2014 at 5:51 pm #42446Doug
KeymasterActually, I don’t think he’s ever listened to an entire episode. I know he started Episode 1 of Season 1, but couldn’t finish because his iPhone would stop playing it about 20 minutes in. He really has no idea how the show sounds.
