Episode 008 :: Pokésode
At long last, the Pokésode! Where we give (almost) unabashed love to all 493 Pokémon! Well, we all know Mike is the true Pokémaniac/Poképhile amongst us, the rest of Nerdy Show are just along for the ride. But, to make things interesting, we’ve brought back our atrocious counterparts from Overclocked After Dark to revel in our Pokédecadence.
We’re also recovering from a weekend of elbow-rubbing, cosplaying, and geek reveling at Megacon. Our MegaCon love will be spread out all month long with celebrity and conventioneer interviews every week. First up is none-other than Lea Thompson (Lorraine from Back to the Future and Beverley from Howard the Duck) and Kristin, a Pokémaniac cosplayer whose Scyther costume shows ol’ #123 some serious fan-love.

Soon as they said ‘who would find that attractive’ about the ganguro girls, I knew Mike was going to say something. I’m glad that I was not disappointed. Also, the reaction to John Cleese being in Fable 3 was outstanding!

Yeah, the WiiWare thing is that Pokemon Ranch mess. You have to want that Mew really bad to put up with that extreme level of bullshit.

You guys should do a webcomic episode, in honor of the end of 8bit theater
They should totally do an 8-bit style webcomic episode. I know Brian doesn’t have the time with all he has lined up, but its a great idea.
On the case of people dying in Nintendo games, In Ocarina of Time, I think it is outright stated that Darunia died, in addition, it is hinted that the other sages died too.
